Unity Dow

Founder/Partner
Unity Dow is the founding partner of Dow & Associates. She is internationally recognized for her work in the legal arena specifically within the context of Civil Liberties, Human Rights and Women’s rights.
She has practiced law in Botswana for 30 years as public prosecutor, defense counsel, human rights activist and as Justice of the High Court and thus brings an unparalleled breadth of experience to the firm. Since taking early retirement from the High Court bench she has since served as a visiting lecturer of law at Columbia University, Washington and Lee University and University of Cincinnati, as well as served as a judge of the Interim Independent Constitutional Court of Kenya.
Unity Dow was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of Botswana in 1984 and later as a Conveyancer and Notary Public of the High Court of Botswana in 1986. Unity Dow holds an LL.B from the University of Botswana and Swaziland, with two years at the University of Edinburgh, Scotland in 1983.

Tumisang Dow

Partner/Director
Tumisang has extensive experience in commercial litigation, employment law and corporate law. His areas of interest include corporate and commercial law, Insolvency, Banking and Finance. He was admitted as Attorney in 2011 and as Conveyancer & Notary Public in 2012

Tumisang Dow has trained, worked and succeeded in Southern Africa, Europe and the United States. He has over 8 years of experience in the legal profession. Tumisang was recently seconded to AEGON N.V (the Hague) and GE Capital (Dubai), where he gained international exposure as a transactional lawyer in the financial services industry.

Keneilwe Fenny Molefe

Associate
Keneilwe has experience in civil litigation, employment law and family law . Her areas of interest include corporate and commercial law, matrimonial litigation and human rights advocacy.

She was admitted as Attorney, Conveyancer & Notary Public of the High Court in 2015.
